Since joining Let's Move 365 program ...Doing these energetic exercises to the music helps me move better, easier. I notice my balance has improved! My leg muscles (strength) have improved significantly since I can get up out of chairs more easily!
These classes help with everything I need I love my results already building muscle mass, working the heart and living healthier. In these classes we are encouraged by Rosa on how to do exercises at home as well. My Doctor's report has improved she told me to keep doing what I am doing which has a lot to do with my exercise and eating healthier. I am still taking a 5 mg blood pressure pill which is what I started out doing . The best thing is that the dosage has not increased.
I am a cancer survivor and find that attending Rosa's classes helps me to stay strong and fit physically. It is also a class that has become a social gathering which adds to my emotional wellbeing in so many ways.

Our class has grown so much and it’s more like an extended family where we are in fellowship but getting stronger and healthier at the same time. All-inclusive and all fun. I definitely see an improvement in my Health journey, mood, and body.

Since joining Let's Move 365, I've noticed I have an increase in overall energy. I can also touch my toes, climb stairs pain free, and walk in the park for longer distances. My instructor makes me feel as though anything is possible by constantly encouraging me to keep going! I can hear her voice applauding my efforts and cheering me on throughout each workout session.

Let's Move 365 has helped me feel strong, confident, and like I am doing something to keep staying healthy. After attending [Aqua Zumba] classes for 2 years and sometimes doing the class on dry land, my bone density improved from osteoporosis to osteopenia. My doctor was amazed.
